How Charisma Can Help You Win Clients

Sohal_How Charisma Can Win You ClientsHave you ever wondered how some people seem to effortlessly gain trust? Or why some real estate agents seem to get repeat business simply because people like them?

The most successful people in sales seem to have this common quality: charisma. It’s a quality you can spot easily. Charismatic people start conversations with all types of people and network with ease. They come across as confident, being both credible and approachable to those they meet. People listen to them, respect their ideas and want their opinion.

The good news is that while some people are naturally gifted with charisma , it’s a behavioral quality and skill you can develop. For starters, here are a few things you can do to build charisma:

Be real! Prospects and clients are drawn to charismatic real estate agents because of their authenticity. Be sincere, mean what you say, and stick to your commitments.

Be of service. Put the focus on your prospects’ and clients’ needs. Get to know them and be proactive in thinking of ways you can help them.

Look confident. Stand tall, maintain eye contact, give a firm handshake and maintain a polished appearance. Your body language goes a long way in communicating how you feel about yourself and your abilities.

Radiate positive energy. Why do prospects and clients like to be around charismatic agents? Their positive energy and passion is contagious. Just being in their presence makes you think they can make things happen, AND make you want them on your side to help sell or buy your next home!
